Once we make contact, I will send you an invitation to establish a patient (client) portal account. In your portal I will post documents to be reviewed and completed before we can meet.

Entire medical records are not required for us to engage in counseling. It is very helpful, however, if you are able to provide .pdf copies of significan academic, psychological, personality, or neuropsychological assessments.

Whatever the issue that has led to you making an appointment for counseling, rest easy that you’ve taken action to make your life better. Virtual counseling (tele-therapy) can work for you!

Q: Do you take insurance?

I am an approved provider for: Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield; Aetna; Tricare; and Cigna.

Q: Can we/I still see you with other insurance?

Yes you can; you would just need to file with your insurance company for receiving  counseling from an “out-of-network” provider.

Q: Will we ever have in-person sessions?

I only offer on-line, tele-therapy using a number of secure web based platforms.
