Philosophy
As a counselor it is my job to help a client get what they want from life. In some cases this might be to live without crippling depression or anxiety. For others it may be assistance in dealing a life event such as adjusting to a birth, an adolescent child, a divorce, or a death. In order to do this I respect that clients are the experts at their lives and combine their expertise with my education and background.
